Client Executive - Public Sector (Housing)We are looking for a talented and dedicated individual to become a key member of our Public Sector team. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work remotely across the country, with occasional visits to our Reading office to collaborate with the wider team.As part of Marsh’s leading public sector team, you will play a vital role in delivering tailored insurance and risk management solutions to housing clients across the UK. With over 25 years of experience serving the sector, our team is committed to providing expert advice, innovative solutions, and exceptional service to a diverse range of public sector and social housing providers.We will count on you to:Manage a portfolio of housing clients, providing tailored insurance and risk management solutionsIdentify and develop strategies for clients’ risk management, risk financing, and insurance needsLead and approve insurance program design activities, ensuring alignment with client objectivesPrepare budget proposals and negotiate fees with clients and insurersHost client and insurer meetings alongside specialist broker and client service teams to deliver exceptional service and solutionsWhat you need to have:Proven insurance experience, preferably in Property-Casualty (Combined)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong relationship-building and management abilitiesAnalytical mindset with problem-solving skillsWhat makes you stand out:Previous client-facing experience and a dynamic approachAbility to remain calm under pressure and work flexibly as neededKnowledge and understanding of the public sector and social housing sectorCert CII qualification, with progress towards ACIIMarsh McLennan is committed to embracing a diverse, inclusive and flexible work environment.
