Your benefits as a Supervising Social Worker Salary between £35,000 - £45,000 (dependent on experience and qualifications) Full-time role - 40 hours per week + on‑call rota Flexible working arrangements Supportive team environment Opportunities for training and career development As the Supervising Social Worker, you will Recruit, assess, and supervise foster carers to ensure safe, nurturing placements Provide regular supervision and support visits to foster families Contribute to annual reviews and ensure compliance with fostering standards Deliver and support training including 'Skills to Foster' Attend professional meetings and support carers in care planning Maintain accurate case recordings and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed Promote the agency's services and contribute to business development Essential requirements of this Supervising Social Worker role Registration as a Social Worker with Social Work England CQSW, Diploma in Social Work, or BA in Social Work Experience working with children and families Strong knowledge of fostering legislation, safeguarding, and care planning Excellent communication, assessment, and organisational skills Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle If this sounds like it could be the right role for you then please contact Mozz Radwan on 02038573486 or We are unable to support or accept applications from candidates who are residents within the Red or Amber list of the Code of practice for the international recruitment of health and social care personnel in England, based on the World Health Organisation (WHO) Workforce Support and Safeguard List. #J-18808-Ljbffr
