We are now looking for talented Associate Director-level Estimating professionals to work on a wide variety of exciting projects/programmes and support the leadership of our ambitious growth plans.Our team deliver a wide range of Estimating outputs for our clients, to support their decision making, including:Estimate Production (from Order of Magnitude estimates through to detailed estimates built up from first principles)Estimating AssuranceEstimating Support to Major Programme Set upEstimating DataResponsibilitiesLeading or managing the production of accurate and comprehensive estimates and cost plans for projects/programmesPlaying a leading role in the development and promotion of estimating good practice within Turner & TownsendPlaying a leading role in the achievement of departmental objectivesStaying abreast of developments within own technical area of expertiseWorking with Directors to construct bids for new workProviding direction to staff working for you and with you on specific tasksActing as a role model for less experienced staffTaking a lead role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stagesTaking responsibility for developing new business opportunities with existing and new Turner & Townsend clientsIdentifying and acting upon cross-selling opportunitiesStaff management (where appropriate)Knowledge managementQualificationsProven Estimating Management experienceQualified to high standard in Estimating or Quantity Surveying with proven relevant experiencePrevious experience of working with estimating software packagesDesirable membership of RICS / CIOB / A.
