Technology Business Partner We are recruiting a Technology Business Partner to ensure awareness of technology products and services, supporting the growth of new and existing clients, driving adoption of existing solutions, providing alignment of new technology projects with expectations and supporting issues as needed. The Technology Business Partner is the front‑line evangelist of the Technology Solutions team, working with assigned group(s) to support all technology enabling projects in their practice business plans or drive innovation to help transformation. This role can be based out of any of our UK offices but will require travel to other offices across the UK and possibly internationally. We operate a 35 hour working week, Monday to Friday, and are willing to consider flexible working requests. Responsibilities Ensure awareness of technology products and services within practice groups and clients. Support growth of new and existing clients by driving adoption of existing solutions. Align new technology projects with expectations and provide support for issues as needed. Act as front‑line evangelist of the Technology Solutions team. Support all technology enabling projects within assigned practice business plans. Drive innovation to help transformation. Candidate Overview Extensive experience in a similar Technology Business Partner, Technology Change or Product Solutions role – supporting the use of current technology solutions and driving innovation within practice groups and for clients. Excellent stakeholder management and relationship skills – consultative/advisory style with the ability to adapt to different individuals/clients and influence where appropriate. Experience working closely with Technology Delivery teams, supporting projects, liaising and clarifying expectations, supporting testing and problem resolutions. Ability to make informed decisions about what key stakeholders/clients will find most useful for their areas. Experience managing multiple workstreams with cross‑functional teams, including non‑technical partners. Demonstrated commerciality – ability to consider/prove ROI and business impact of new tech innovations.
