Technical Programme Manager – Scan Assist We are looking for a dynamic and driven Technical Programme Manager (TPM) to lead our cutting‑edge Scan Assist Programme. Your mission is to ensure seamless delivery, anticipate and respond to trends, and keep senior leadership informed. About the role The TPM will manage deployment across multiple locations, lead use‑case layers, maintain programme rigour, and coordinate with internal teams and third‑party partners. Responsibilities Lead Deployment: Manage and drive the deployment of Scan Assist across multiple locations, ensuring timelines, quality, and business objectives are met. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the bridge between internal stakeholders and external partners, facilitating clear and effective communication at all stages. Trend Spotting: Analyse deployment data, identify emerging trends and risks, and proactively adapt plans. Deliver Insights: Provide succinct updates to senior leadership, highlighting progress, obstacles, and opportunities. Unlock Value: Champion, plan and deliver additional use‑case initiatives. Understand Trade‑offs: Gather the appropriate stakeholders to reach consensus on decisions. Programme Best Practice: Ensure fundamentals of running a programme are solidly in place. Qualifications Proven experience managing complex technical programmes or deployments in a fast‑paced environment. Superb organisational, analytical and problem‑solving skills. Outstanding communication and influencing skills. Governance‑master: able to craft nuanced, accurate updates for governance team. Experience working with third‑party suppliers and cross‑functional teams. Data‑driven mindset. Passion for driving change and delivering measurable business outcomes. Deliverables Weekly reporting of progress across facets such as prerequisite readiness and store go‑lives. Monthly governance with stakeholders to ensure programme alignment. Management of the technical part of the budget for the programme. Close management of rollout priority to maximise value. Benefits Annual bonus scheme up to 20% of base salary.
