Manufacturing Technician II TipTopJob Location: Birmingham, UK (Onsite Lab) Duration: 12 months (High potential for extension) Pay Rate: GBP 8–13 per hour Schedule: Mon – Fri, 08:00–16:30 (37.5 hours/week) Your Impact As a Manufacturing Technician II, you will ensure the seamless production of critical diagnostic products by: Independently managing your workload and production schedules. Controlling inventory and ensuring material readiness. Performing hands‑on manufacturing tasks and equipment operations. Maintaining impeccable quality through SOP adherence and process checks. Driving proactive process improvements. Who We Are Looking For Education: GCSE level or equivalent. A relevant degree is highly preferred. Experience: Minimum 1 year of practical experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment. Technical Skills: Proven digital literacy (including MS Excel), strong documentation and communication skills, and proficiency with basic mathematical concepts and units of measurement. Quality Focus: Demonstrated commitment to accuracy and a strong ability to identify and resolve operational issues quickly.
