Electrical Estimator (Design & Build) £65,000 - £70,000 (OTE £70,000) + un‑capped bonus + car allowance + private healthcare + pay and role progression + flexi + permanent + opportunities for directorship Location: Middleton Are you an Electrical Estimator looking to join a dynamic construction business? This role offers full responsibility in pricing an exciting range of projects from refurbishments to fit‑outs, ranging up to £5 million. At this Manchester‑based construction and fit‑out contractor you will help shape our growing business and boost your earnings through performance‑based bonuses and a generous package. You will prepare detailed electrical estimates using Trimble software for Design & Build, refurbishment and fit‑out works, including CCTV, fire alarms, access control, lighting, UPS and generators, while attending client meetings to ensure a full understanding of project requirements. The company delivers refurbishment, maintenance and full‑build solutions across commercial, industrial, retail and public‑sector projects, supported by in‑house project management and multi‑trade teams. What we’re looking for: The Role Use Trimble software to produce electrical estimates. Cover CCTV, fire alarms, access control, lighting, UPS and generators. Attend client meetings to confirm project requirements. Work Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm with flexibility to start earlier, 8 am to 4 pm etc. The Person Electrical Estimator or similar experience.
