Purpose of the JobResponsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of buildings and facilities.Ensures that all facilities operate efficiently and safely.II. Roles and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projectsEnsure that all projects (infrastructure, High Value projects & Key projects) are delivered on‑time, within scope and within budget. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.Meet with project accountable to make up detailed scope and clarify specific requirements of each projectDefining project budget.Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysisEnsure resource availability and allocationDevelop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progressDevelop ind.proj. roadmap to be shared with project accountable as well as other team members (PWA)Responsible for maintaining PWA system & aligning with Finance on budgets & forecastCoordinate with Reliability Engineer on LTAP & PWAManage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniquesMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and techniquesReport and escalation to management as neededManage the relationship with the project accountable and all stakeholdersPerform risk management to minimize project risksEstablish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendorsCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationTrack project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short (scope, time, budget) and long‑term (sustainability , TCO, output,…) goalsUse and continually develop leadership skillsAttend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiencyPerform other related duties as assignedDevelop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needsResponsible for SAT completionManage EMR process and work with cross‑functional areasIII. Skills & CompetenciesProven working experience in project managementExcellent client‑facing and internal communication skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeProject Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plusBachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experienceBe bold and take the leapWe're looking for individuals who are not afraid to take risks and explore new ideas.
