Job Summary We are looking for Bank Support Workers covering days, evenings, and nights in and around Derby City. Support is required 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Key Responsibilities Empower the people we support to live a full and happy life, run their own home and participate in a range of community activities. Provide practical assistance and emotional support to help them achieve their goals and aspirations, respecting individuality and enabling appropriate choices in line with individual support plans. Promote the health, well‑being and physical, emotional, cultural and spiritual beliefs of the people we support, ensuring they are met inclusively. Facilitate social, educational or work activities such as visiting family and friends, walks, shopping and other recreational activities chosen by the individual. Perform general housekeeping duties, including shopping, domestic tasks and elements of personal care. Complete a range of records and documents accurately and in a timely manner. Work lone, on a rota that includes shift work and weekends, ensuring safety and compliance at all times. Qualifications & Requirements Experience working within complex care is essential. Candidates must be able to work lone, shift work and weekends, and must demonstrate strong organisational skills, empathy, and a commitment to upholding the dignity and independence of those they support. #J-18808-Ljbffr
