Senior Health and Safety Consultant – AECOM, Birmingham, United Kingdom AECOM is a global infrastructure consulting firm delivering projects that improve communities worldwide. As a Senior Health and Safety Consultant, you will play a leading role in ensuring the safety and regulatory compliance of our projects. Responsibilities Lead CDM/H&S commissions and ensure successful delivery on time and to client satisfaction. Develop strong reciprocal relationships with project team members and act as the day‑to‑day interface with AECOM clients. Manage the delivery of H&S/CDM outputs, gathering and compiling information for H&S documentation. Conduct H&S inspections and audits, and lead on H&S workshops for multidisciplinary projects. Plan and support the creation of H&S training programmes. Communicate effectively with clients and consultants, demonstrating flexibility, creativity, and excellent presentation skills. Provide line‑management responsibilities where appropriate. Identify business opportunities and manage scope changes. Qualifications Professionally qualified – preferably graduate status and IOSH membership. Member of the Association for Project Safety.
