Our #BrighterThinking approach combines finance expertise with strategic commercial insights to help clients thrive in a changing world.ResponsibilitiesSupervise the progress of audit assignments from planning through to completion, reporting to the Audit Manager.Review the work of junior colleagues and coach their development.Utilise a range of technological solutions, and work remotely or on client sites as appropriate.Deliver a quality service on time and on budget in collaboration with the wider audit team.QualificationsAAT qualified or progressing towards ACA/ACCA with the professional/applied skills stage completed.At least 18 months’ experience in Audit and Assurance within an accountancy practice, including leading external audits from fieldwork to completion under ISAs.Experience preparing accounts under UK GAAP.Strong communication skills for working with senior staff and clients.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).Team player who can also work independently and is motivated to deliver high-quality service.Knowledge of Caseware and Mercia audit methodologies is a bonus but not essential.UK work eligibility without restrictions.BenefitsCareer Development: Learning opportunities and coaching to help you achieve your goals.Competitive Benefits: Private medical cover, pension matching, enhanced parental leave, and more.Flexibility That Works for You: Agile working is embedded in our culture.Perks That Go Beyond: Volunteering days and wellbeing initiatives.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionAccounting/Auditing and FinanceIndustriesAccounting #J-18808-Ljbffr
