We are seeking a talented individual to join our Enterprise team at Marsh Commercial. This role will be based in Glasgow OR Dundee. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least four days a week in the office. Role: Trainee Client Advisor We have an exciting opportunity at Marsh Commercial to recruit a Client Advisor for our Enterprise Centre of Excellence. As a Client Advisor you will service new and existing clients with a range of commercial insurance products. We welcome candidates with personal lines and commercial insurance experience as well as those without prior insurance experience. Successful candidates receive first‑class induction and the opportunity to attain chartered insurance qualifications. Responsibilities Provide excellent client service on all aspects of account management, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards. Ensure timely completion of all set tasks, ensuring client satisfaction at all times. Demonstrate adaptability skills when required to support colleagues in completing business‑critical tasks. Develop meaningful relationships with insurer partners through regular contact and liaison to better serve our clients. Through training, coaching and mentoring, maintain a thorough understanding of all major classes of insurance and stay abreast of new technical and product developments. What you need to have Ideally a minimum of 1 year of experience within insurance (personal lines or commercial). Strong literacy, numeracy, administration and communication skills demonstrated via qualifications/grades. Ability to remain calm under pressure and to work flexibly when required. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously. Experience utilising the Microsoft Office suite and similar products.
