To provide a safe maintenance service to all plant, equipment and service infrastructure within the board’s hospitals and premises ensuring delivery of all works to relevant legislation standards incorporating STHM 06 01 Parts A & B, 06‑01 & 06‑03. The post holder will be assisting in the development of the estates function into a customer focused range of services, leading a flexible, integrated approach to the delivery of estates services.
