Job Title: Adult Social Worker – Preparation For Adulthood Team – BromleyLocation: BromleyPay Rate:£37.52We are looking for a passionate and skilled Adult Social Worker to join Preparation for Adulthood team. This role focuses on supporting young people with disabilities or complex needs as they prepare for the transition to adult life.
