Managing the day-to-day needs of our residents. Delivering the highest standard of care. Ensuring all areas are kept clean and tidy. Supporting family members and visitors. Assisting with meals and daily activities. What you need to succeed: At least a minimum of 2 years’ experience in delivering careor as a Senior Care Assistant. Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or willingto sign up/ or working towards it) Trained in medication administration. Excellent people and customer service skills. Ability to induct & supervise junior staff. Time management skills to delegate tasks within a team. Good communication skills – verbal (great communicationwithin the team and to other external professionals) and writing (ability towrite and maintain care plans) & digital skills. Caring attitude.
