About the Location Malmaison is situated on the waterfront of Brighton Marina, within walking distance of Brighton's beachfront and Palace Pier. About the Role Operates as Operations Manager with the potential to become Deputy General Manager in 6–12 months. Responsibilities include leading and motivating the team, managing the P&L, maximizing F&B revenue, developing employees, and ensuring celebrity service experiences. Key duties: Drive the brand strategy and differentiate Malmaison. Lead from the front and set the example for department managers. Maximise F&B revenue by analysing market trends and operating profit. Oversee health and safety compliance and roll out e‑learning programmes. Preferred profile: Strong leadership with previous experience managing large teams. Sound knowledge of food and drink in a similar sized property (preferred but not mandatory).
