As we expand globally, we are looking for a strategic and experienced Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead our technology and innovation efforts in the UK market.

Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee Aisles' technology strategy, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives in the UK.
  2. Lead IT operations, cybersecurity, data management, and AI integration within Aisles' UK operations.
  3. Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure seamless implementation of Aisles' technology across platforms.
  4. Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
  5. Ensure compliance with UK data protection and security regulations.
  6. Identify and implement emerging technologies to drive efficiency and innovation.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a CIO or in a senior IT leadership role.
  2. Strong background in AI, data security, and cloud computing.
  3. Extensive experience in digital transformation and enterprise technology solutions.
  4. Knowledge of UK regulatory and compliance frameworks.
  5. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills.

Compensation:
Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
