Deputy General Manager at Aramark UK Location: Combermere Barracks, Windsor SL4 3DN Job Ref: 615068 Hours: Permanent Full-time | 40 hours per week | Mon - Fri Base Pay Range: £38,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience) Security clearance and a full UK driving licence are essential. Life assurance, pension contributions, and generous Annual Leave, increasing in line with service and the ability to buy extra days Key Responsibilities: Ensure the catering department is effectively staffed, maintaining a competent workforce. Manage the team to success and oversee their day-to-day activities. Drive new initiatives and lead change management processes to continually improve services. Contribute to strategic discussions as part of the senior site management team, sharing ideas and best practice. Assist the General Manager with identifying and delivering improvements in service delivery, financial performance, people development, and team engagement. Manage day-to-day operations and ensure service delivery of high quality with an emphasis on standards and the patient experience. Handle people management, including development and close management of any Employee Relation issues. Key Requirements: Seasoned hospitality professional with defined background in hospitality and volume catering experience. Ideally with a military background, but not essential. Literate, numerate and able to manage financials.
