Senior Principal Process Engineer Stantec – Locations: Warrington, Manchester, Leeds, Newcastle. The Opportunity Ready to accelerate your career in the water sector? With the AMP8 cycle underway and delivery intensifying, we need a Senior Principal Process Engineer with extensive Water & Wastewater experience to drive major projects across the North. Responsibilities Serve as a key strategic advisor to clients, leading the technical execution of ground‑breaking projects from conception to construction. Guide Project Managers, ensuring high‑level execution that meets cost, schedule, and quality objectives. Mentor and develop the regional team of Process Engineers and foster strong, collaborative relationships across multidisciplinary teams. About You Degree in Chemical/Process Engineering (or equivalent) and ideally Chartered Engineer status, with demonstrable experience in the water industry. Technical mastery in process calculations, mass balance, control philosophy, commissioning, HAZOPs, and P&ID development. Experience in a design and construction environment. Strong leadership, communication, and staff management skills to translate client needs into actionable solutions and foster a culture of continuous learning. Why Join Us?
