This role involves not only crafting BI solutions but also expanding the client portfolio by understanding their needs and suggesting appropriate solutions.How will you spend your time?Solution Development: Identify, define, and deliver BI solutions tailored to client requirements. Explore opportunities to enhance projects and offerings, fostering growth in client engagements.Client Portfolio Management: Design and cultivate client portfolios by expanding the client base and increasing project volume per client. Ensure alignment with client briefs and collaborate with Insight Analysts to allocate roles effectively.Analytical Insight: Interpret analytical briefs accurately, devising solutions that directly address client needs. Continuously research and identify new analytical opportunities to optimise client outcomes.Innovative Analysis: Employ creative thinking to explore novel approaches and methodologies in analysis. Offer analytical consultancy to clients, recommending best practices for enhanced campaign effectiveness.Actionable Insight: Generate actionable insights from analytical solutions to aid clients in improving campaign performance. Actively propose infrastructure changes to optimise analysis efficiency.Recommendations & Feedback: Interpret analytical outputs and develop insightful recommendations for clients. Provide constructive feedback to clients based on findings.Training & Support: Mentor junior team members through formal and informal training sessions, fostering their professional growth and ensuring team cohesion.It’s important that you are experienced inPower BI Proficiency: Demonstrable expertise in Microsoft Power BI for data visualisation and analysis, including proficiency in Power Query and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for advanced calculations and data manipulation.Power BI Proficiency: Demonstrate experience in data modelling and report design.Coding Skills: Strong proficiency in coding languages such as SQL, VBA, with familiarity in Python and R.Marketing Understanding: Excellent grasp of marketing concepts and execution systems, especially in digital marketing.Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and networking abilities.Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to think strategically and ensure analysis recommendations have broader implications.Statistical Modelling: Solid understanding of statistical modelling as applied to marketing data.Practical Approach: Balances theoretical knowledge with practical application, delivering actionable insights.Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of analysis and solution development.Numerical Qualification: Degree or similar qualification in a numerical discipline.Marketing Experience: Previous experience or knowledge in marketing; Charity Sector Experience, although not essential, is desirable.SAP, B2B & B2C Data Experience.The Recruitment ProcessWe will review all applications and reach out to arrange an informal 30-minute chat to talk about you and tell you more about Salocin Group.This will be followed by a 2nd stage interview with the Hiring Team.
