OverviewOur Graduate Real Estate Pathway is designed for aspiring Land Managers, Development Managers and Planning Managers, or anyone with an interest in land acquisition, planning policies or project management. The pathway exposes you to key areas of the business to develop you into an all‑round Real Estate professional. The programme includes rotations across the following areas: Land & Partnerships, Technical, Commercial, Development, Regional Finance, Construction, and Development & Land. Based in our Cheltenham office from September 2026, you will rotate through these areas over 18 months, starting and finishing within the Land & Partnerships or Development departments. During the final rotation, transition talks are held with the potential to move into the Land, Partnerships or Development teams once rotations are complete.Due to high interest, we may close applications earlier than expected. If this role appeals to you, we recommend submitting your application at your earliest convenience.ResponsibilitiesFollow the Real Estate Pathway, completing all rotations to the best of your ability and meeting targets set by each rotational supervisor.Take learning opportunities to further develop and challenge yourself.Integrate into each team you work with, supporting their goals and establishing professional relationships.Absorb knowledge, expertise and advice from your rotations and ask questions to develop understanding.Contribute to continuous development within Vistry Group by participating in key projects and launches with ideas and suggestions where opportunities arise.Be an active member of the Vistry Group Graduate community, supporting peers and participating in quarterly graduate meetings, masterclasses and professional development opportunities.Act as an advocate for careers in Construction to promote Vistry Future Talent at events, fairs and other engagement opportunities.Act as a buddy to future graduates to ensure they receive positive support on their learning journey.Commit to further study, qualifications and accreditations as appropriate for continued professional development.Regularly engage with leaders and your support system to discuss progress and development needs.Behave in line with our values – Integrity, Caring and Quality.Qualifications and requirementsRelevant degree at 2:2 or above.Travel may be required due to the nature of the position; you must hold a valid driver’s license.What we offerCompetitive basic salary and annual bonusCar allowance or company carUp to 34 days annual leave plus bank holidays increasing to up to 39 days with service2 Volunteering days per annumPrivate medical insurance, with employee paid coverEnhanced maternity, paternity and adoption leaveCompetitive pension scheme through salary sacrificeLife assurance at 4 x your annual salaryShare save and share incentive schemesEmployee rewards portal with many more benefitsAbout usWe build more than homes; we’re making Vistry.
