Location: Mount Merrion Avenue, Belfast, Northern Ireland Closing Date: Wednesday 31st December 2025 Contract Type: Fulltime Salary: £16.00 hourly About the Role As the Cook Manager it will be your responsibility to plan, order supplies, prepare and present high‑quality food and hospitality for our residents. Working to the highest of standards, ensuring dietary requirements of all the residents are met. We provide a mixture of modified diets and cater for all dietary requirements across the Home. Choice will always be provided with thought given to individual and cultural preferences. Responsibilities Provide appetizing and nutritious meals for our residents, in line with the company menu and individual preferences. Ensure all food preparation meets the requirements of COSHH, Food Safety and health & safety regulations. Manage food budgets and stocks, place food orders. Check deliveries as required and place them in the appropriate storage areas. Ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in all areas of the kitchen. Overall kitchen staff management, training, recruiting and rota. Work a mixture of day shifts over a 7‑day rota. Requirements Level 2 in Food Safety. Minimum of 1 year's experience in a similar role. Additional Information Full training and support is provided to ensure that a high standard of catering is maintained at all times.
