You’ll ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production while driving continuous improvement and delivering exceptional results for our customers. Manage all production activities, ensuring health & safety and food safety standards are met. Achieve KPIs for efficiency, quality, and profitability through continuous improvement. Lead and develop Supervisors and Team Leaders to build a high-performing team. Oversee stock control and coordinate with other departments to meet customer requirements. Act as the main point of contact for customer audits, technical visits, and buying visits. The Ideal Candidate We believe that success is built upon collaboration and diverse perspectives. As a valued member of our team, you will bring the following skills and experience: Level 3 qualifications in Food Hygiene, Health & Safety, and HACCP. Resilient leadership style with ability to coach and inspire teams. Flexible, reliable, and able to work under pressure to meet business needs.
