Are you ready to take your career in marketing to the next level? Our client, a prominent organisation in the banking sector, is seeking a dedicated Marketing Support Associate to join their Japanese Corporate Business Group. This role is integral to enhancing commercial activities and supporting the growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to Marketing Officers, facilitating their marketing activities and operational tasks.
Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) processes, including account openings, maintenance, and closures.
Interact directly with customers and key stakeholders across various departments such as Operations, Legal, and Audit.
Execute credit facilities for customers, including loans and guarantees.
Prepare regular Management Information reports, including KYC updates and pending document lists.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
Gain a deep understanding of the organisation's internal processes and apply them effectively.
What We're Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
Fluency in both English and Japanese.
A degree-level education and a demonstrated commitment to continuous learning.
Previous experience in KYC or within the finance sector is highly advantageous.
Proficiency in IT, specifically in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
A collaborative spirit, with a proven ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
