Key Accountabilities Source and build talent pipelines, proactive searches for future requirements and identifying skill gaps. Conduct initial pre‑registration phone calls and maintain regular communication with candidates. Build strong relationships, working alongside internal and external stakeholders. Assist the wider HR team in delivering an excellent onboarding experience for new starters. Support candidates through the security clearance process, both internally and externally. Lead and arrange interviews, SQEP calls and assist with workforce planning. Assist with the account management of a multi‑million‑pound framework, attending qualifying calls with Hiring Managers and Technical Leads. Advertise and manage vacancies. Help create recruitment campaigns internally and externally; contribute to reports internally and externally. Cover workload in the absence of the Recruitment Business Partner. Occasionally visit other NUVIA offices or client sites. Occupational Skills and Knowledge A proven background in Recruitment within a highly regulated market. Experience recruiting for nuclear or defence would be beneficial but not essential. Eligible to obtain security clearance and work on UK eyes‑only projects. Able to build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders. Strong organisational and administrative skills. Strong IT skills, including Office 365 (Excel, MS Teams, Outlook). Excellent attention to detail. Well‑organised, independent worker with a strong ability to prioritise. Exceptional understanding of deadlines and turnaround times in a fast‑paced environment.
