Participate in PoC creation and cloud architecture discussions, leading the technical solution evaluation for multiple POCs. Present Dynatrace’s vision to C‑suite executives. Provide technical guidance in the Discovery, Solution Evaluation, and Solution Proposal stages of the opportunity sales cycle. Deliver on‑stage demonstrations at key marketing events. Ensure key demonstrations are delivered by you or a team member at sponsored events. Gather, qualify, and provide feedback from customers to Product Management to improve market share. Build best practices and share knowledge with the team to enhance capabilities. Work with local Sales and Sales Engineering leadership to identify learning and development opportunities. Create and modify Dynatrace template presentations to meet specific customer demands. Support partners as a technical point of contact and trusted advisor. Position may be filled at a higher level based on candidate experience. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent education or experience. 3 years of experience within the observability space. Preferred Requirements Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with programming/scripting technologies such as Java, .NET, PHP, Go, Node.js, and database. Advanced knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux). Experience with DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering practices and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with modern technologies such as containers, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Serverless functions, and CI/CD pipelines.
