We are an award-winning Urban Design and Masterplanning studio with offices in Thame and Birmingham. We are currently working on a range of exciting residential led masterplanning projects and are looking for an Assistant Urban Designer to support our growing team What we are Looking for An enthusiastic and talented individual with at least 4 years experience in residential led masterplanning and layout design, with a keen interest in placemaking. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in a relevant subject related to urban design or architecture. Alongside this, we’d love to hear from candidates with : An ability to both engage in team working and work independently. Excellent design and layout skills with a particular focus on residential masterplanning with a focus on placemaking. Strong technical understanding of UK legislation relating to layout design. Strong visual communication skills through CAD, hand drawing, and preferably Sketch-Up. An enthusiastic, innovative and pro‑active approach to work with strong problem‑solving skills. Effective communication, organisation and time management skills. Interest in proactively engaging with developing a growing business.
