Join our SME team to drive revenue growth, profitability and maintain full FCA compliance across all aspects of SME insurance. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management – Ensuring exceptional service and tailored support for SME clients. Strategic Planning & Collaboration – Engaging in regular planning and triage meetings with leadership to review renewals, streamline processes and share best practices. Deliver accurate, efficient and professional work for new business, renewals, mid‑term adjustments, claims, queries and premium finance arrangements. Ensure all business activity fully complies with FCA regulation and company procedures. Promote exceptional customer care standards. Develop and maintain professional relationships with all clients and provide expert product advice and guidance. Actively secure renewal business by re‑broking existing coverage to present the most suitable and cost‑effective options. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in an account handler role within a broker environment. Working knowledge of most commercial insurance products. Experience working to high standards of FCA compliance. IT skills including use of an insurance IT system (ideally Acturis). Ability to work to a high level of accuracy. Exemplary customer service skills with the ability to build solid relationships with clients and insurers. Regulatory and compliance awareness. Willingness to work towards Cert CII or already hold qualifications. What We Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience. Free parking. Company pension scheme.
