We’re looking for a creative and performance‑driven Email & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to help us build smarter, more engaging journeys across the customer lifecycle. What You’ll Do Design and deliver automated nurture flows and targeted campaigns that guide prospects from first click to loyal customer. Write and refine high‑quality, on‑brand email content that resonates and converts. Own our HubSpot operations—from segmentation and tagging to testing and reporting. Collaborate cross‑functionally with demand generation, content and marketing teams to ensure messaging is consistent, timely and aligned with broader campaign goals. Track performance and continuously optimise based on open rates, click‑throughs, conversions and engagement metrics. Champion compliance with GDPR, CAN‑SPAM and best practices in deliverability and list hygiene. Lead with excellence by establishing scalable processes and sharing best practices across teams and markets. What You Bring 4+ years in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, DaaS or tech, with a strong focus on email and lifecycle marketing. Hands‑on experience with marketing automation—HubSpot expertise is a must (certification a plus). A knack for building and managing complex nurture flows and lifecycle campaigns. Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills with a sharp eye for detail. A collaborative spirit and experience working across fast‑paced, cross‑functional teams.
