From fixing a leaky tap to maintaining fire systems and lighting, your hands‑on expertise will ensure every corner of Greenways functions perfectly. You’ll oversee safety checks, monitor maintenance supplies, and keep accurate records, ensuring full compliance with regulations. Beyond the practical, you’ll play a vital role in the presentation of our home – maintaining its high‑quality finish, caring for the grounds, and ensuring our gardens and communal areas are always inviting. You’ll work closely with the Home Manager and Estate Manager on improvement projects and installations, supporting the development of a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. With flexibility and pride in your work, you’ll help make Greenways a home that always feels cared for and ready to welcome residents, families, and visitors every day. About You Proven experience in general maintenance or a similar practical role. Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive, can‑do attitude. Sound understanding of health, safety, and compliance standards. Organised, reliable, and able to manage your own workload effectively. Professional and friendly when supporting residents, visitors, and colleagues. Experience in care, hospitality, or housing maintenance is desirable but not essential.
