Locations Darlington, Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, Redcar & Cleveland, Stockton-on-TeesCompany Technip EnergiesJob DescriptionAbout The Role:Manage awarded Construction & EPC Subcontracts, principally under NEC4 frameworkPrepare the amendments to the SubcontractsReceive and reply to all Subcontractor’s lettersEnsure that the contractual provisions included in Subcontracts are complied with by the construction site teamPrepare and send out Calls For Bid, negotiate, prepare and award local Subcontracts and ensure the application of Compliance requirementsFollow‑up, manage Variation requests issued by Subcontractors and evaluate their contractual and financial entitlement according to the procedure set up in the construction guide documentFollow‑up, manage Variation requests initiated by TENsFormalise settlement of disputes or disagreement to ensure TENs contractual protection until work completionEnsure collection and consolidation of the information required for completion and for closure of subcontracts without disputes after work completionAccurate weekly reporting on project subcontract matters to key project stakeholdersOngoing coordination with both our partners and client, to provide a collaborative, harmonious and consolidated basis for the projectAbout YouCatch this opportunity and invest on your skills development, should your profile meet these requirements.Extensive experience in the management of subcontracts on complex construction projects, with specific focus on NEC4Team worker and ability to work with diverse personalities and cultureFocused, diligent and structured with the ability to deliver critical results on tight deadlinesAbility to quickly immerse yourself in sometimes technical and complex subjects and organizationsMastery of Microsoft Office suite of tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
