Location: Welwyn Garden City
Salary: £15.78 per hour (£34,463.52 per annum)
Shifts: Full Time – Days and Nights
Are you an experienced senior care professional looking for that next step in care, with the guidance of a supportive management team?
We work on behalf of a new luxury care home, providing the most beautiful high-quality environment for its residents to live in. We offer a truly fresh and inspirational approach to residential, nursing and support care.
As a Team Leader you will have excellent communication and organisation skills and have the experience and confidence to successfully lead others by example with the ability to deal with situations with a high level of professionalism.
With a minimum of level 3 in Health & Social Care, you will also have previous experience in giving medication, and working as a senior in a care home environment. Our Team Leaders are essential for creating a strong foundation for us to develop a professional, safe and comfortable home for our residents by delivering the highest quality person centred care.
Some of your duties will include:
Mentoring our senior carers and carers, including supervisions and probations and leading the shift
Creating person centred care plans ensuring the needs of our residents are met
Be responsible for medication management. Our focus is employing people whose values, behaviours and attitudes match our own and who have a passion for ensuring that we deliver first rate person centred care with kindness and courage and in return you will be encouraged to develop your skills and broaden your existing career further through our commitment to training and support.
