Foreperson – Chipping Warden Site Foreperson role within EKFB joint venture, responsible for scheduling, coordinating and supervising site operatives to deliver work safely, on time, and within budget, while managing equipment and materials. Responsibilities Schedule, coordinate and supervise all site operatives and subcontractors, ensuring safe, timely, and budgeted completion of work. Lead work inductions, toolbox talks, daily task briefings, and risk assessments. Maintain accurate records of site inspections, progress reports, and documentation in line with EKFB policies. Order, manage, and coordinate the delivery of equipment and materials. Challenge construction methods to maximise progress and minimise costs, proactively driving the work forward. Qualifications & Requirements Extensive experience on large multi‑disciplinary infrastructure projects. Experience with Earthworks, Structures, Highways, Drainage & Utilities. Strong communication, organisational, planning, time‑management and team‑leadership skills. Current CSCS supervisor card. SMSTS qualification. Desirable: First Aid training, environmental awareness. Valid UK driver’s licence and access to a private vehicle.
