It makes work exciting, fast-paced and rewarding.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the management and development of a portfolio of clients and provide assistance to others within the firmCommunicate effectively with clients and colleaguesHelp ensure the firm’s quality control procedures and professional standards are metProvide an efficient and proactive service to clientsParticipate in tenders/proposals for new work as requiredDevelop work from existing clients and participate in marketing and business development for the Skill Group and the firmPrioritise self-development and continuing professional educationConsult with colleagues and Partners on technical and risk mattersCollaborate as a team player while also able to work on own initiativeExperience and skillsProfessional qualification (ACA, ACCA) or equivalent experienceExperience supporting the management and development of a client portfolioExperience of coaching and mentoring colleaguesRequired qualificationsA professional accountancy qualification – ACA/ACCA or equivalent; newly qualified or part qualified consideredRequired attributesExcellent client-facing communication skillsAbility to overcome challenges to maintain strong business relationsAttention to detail, numerical aptitude, and adherence to processes within regulatory guidelinesAmbition to stretch yourself and a strong drive to succeedIntegrity and authenticityOther informationAAB is an equal opportunity employer.
