Responsibilities Support individuals with daily living, personal care, and meaningful activities. Build strong, positive relationships that help individuals grow in confidence. Promote independence and encourage people to make their own choices. Work collaboratively with families and other professionals. Qualifications You don’t need experience – just the right attitude. We can teach you the rest. Kind, patient, and compassionate. A great communicator and a good listener. Resilient and able to stay calm under pressure. Flexible to work a mix of shifts, including some weekends. Driver – essential for taking individuals out on activities.
