At Thérapie, we offer fantastic perks, including continuous training and development, annual leave, uncapped commission, staff discount, and many more wonderful benefits, which are listed at the end of the job specificationResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality treatments for our clients in line with our clinic treatment guidelinesConduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their needs and set realistic expectations for their treatmentsActively promote additional services and products to clients, enhancing their overall experience by tailoring treatments to best suit themHas the ability to work with sales targetsMaking sure that all client records are up to date pre and post-treatmentMaintenance and cleaning of all machinesQualifications and SkillsLevel 3 Beauty qualification or above requiredExperience with Laser Hair Removal (desired not required)Team Player who works collaborativelyA positive and friendly attitude with your clientsAttention to detail when dealing with client\'s recordsExcellent standards with regards to Client Experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
