What You Will Do Provide high‑quality care to patients on an escalation ward, focusing on recovery and rehabilitation. Assess patients’ physical conditions, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and adjust them as necessary to ensure optimal recovery. Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including nurses and doctors, to ensure holistic care for patients. Maintain accurate records of patient progress, adapting treatment plans as needed and ensuring that all documentation is in line with professional and organizational standards. Provide advice and support to patients and their families, ensuring a smooth transition to post‑discharge care and continued recovery. Qualifications and Requirements HCPC Registered Physiotherapist. Minimum of 2 years experience in an acute medical setting. Experience in rehabilitation and patient recovery. Ability to assess, plan, and implement effective treatment plans for a range of acute conditions. Car driver (preferable) for travel between different sites (if applicable). Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals.
