Base pay range Direct message the job poster from Lorien My client, a successful well-known international bank is looking for a Vulnerability Management Lead to develop, implement, and oversee a robust vulnerability management program. This role involves leading enterprise-wide efforts to identify, assess, prioritize, and remediate vulnerabilities, ensuring compliance and reducing risk exposure. You will collaborate with IT, Security, and Business stakeholders to strengthen the organization’s security posture and proactively address threats. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the vulnerability management program across the enterprise. Develop processes for prioritization and remediation of vulnerabilities. Collaborate with IT operations, infrastructure, and application teams to implement remediation strategies. Monitor and report on remediation trends, risks, and program performance to senior leadership. Ensure compliance with internal vulnerability remediation SLAs. Escalate unresolved or high-impact vulnerabilities through governance channels. Skills & Experience Required to be Successful Extensive experience in vulnerability management and information security. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and application security. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven leadership and people management skills. Ability to simplify complex technical information for diverse audiences. Knowledge of scripting and automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell). Understanding of cyber risk and attack methods across endpoints, cloud, and on-premises networks. Familiarity with patch and configuration management processes and tools.
