Full-time • Front of House • 40.00 Hours per week • Searcys are looking for an experienced Cafe Supervisor to join the team at @The King's Fund. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with exceptional customer service skills and a passion for the food and beverage industry. This role involves managing staff, ensuring a high standard of service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and driving sales growth. The King's Fund is an independent charitable organisation working to improve health and care in England. Full time - 40 hours Monday to Friday 8AM to 4PM Annual salary 30k About the Cafe Supervisor role: To oversee the day-to-day operations by ensuring that our product and the service we provide are always of highest standard To supervise, manage and motivate the team To support management team in working towards improving sales and service Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are always maintained Excellent product knowledge (food/beverage) Leads by example by always acting professional.
