Part Time Cleaner – Equans UK & Ireland Location: Bury St Edmunds, England (Bury Saint Edmunds County Court, IP33 1TR) Position Type: Part-time, permanent (20 hours per week) Hourly Rate: £12.40 per hour Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 11:00 – 15:00 Responsibilities Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the building to the highest standard of hygiene, health and safety. Adhere to all Equans policies, procedures and standards. Carry out general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, waste removal and disinfection. Communicate professionally with staff and the general public. Required Skills & Qualifications Previous experience as a cleaner in a customer‑focused environment. At least one year of relevant experience. Current DBS clearance (ideally not older than 12 months). Ability to acquire BPSS vetting – baseline personnel standard (BPSS) and DBS checks. Right to work in the UK. BPSS Quick Guide Identity verification: passport or photo ID. Employment history for the last 3 years. Right to work status in the UK. Unspent criminal record disclosure.
