In this role, you’ll collaborate with law firms to deliver cutting-edge legal technology solutions and work closely with our development team to create custom-built software and seamless integrations tailored to client needs. This position is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of legal operations and technology, enjoys tackling complex challenges, and is committed to delivering outstanding client experiences with a flexible, innovative mindset.Key Responsiblities Client Engagement & Consultation: Collaborate with law firms and legal tech vendors to understand business needs and technical requirements Conduct discovery sessions to identify opportunities for software implementation or bespoke development Solution Design & Specification: Scope and document custom software development requirements Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications Work closely with the development team to ensure alignment and feasibility Software Implementation: Lead end-to-end implementation of legal technology solutions, including configuration, integration, and testing Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications Training & Support: Deliver tailored end-user training sessions and create supporting documentation Provide post-implementation support and act as a trusted advisor for ongoing solution optimisation Stay current with legal tech trends and emerging technologies Liaise with the global Xperate team, where required Personal Attributes Communication Skills: Ability to convey information clearly and effectively Teamwork: Willingness to work collaboratively with others Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to new conditions and challenges Attention to Detail: Precision and thoroughness in completing tasks Time Management: Efficiently managing one\'s time to meet deadlines Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas Work Ethic: Demonstrating dedication and commitment to the job Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact positively with colleagues and clientsQualifications & Experience Experience with legal practice management and/or document management software (e.g., Actionstep, Clio, Practice Evolve, Affinity, Unity) Knowledge of APIs, data migration, and system integrations 2+ years of experience as a Solutions Consultant, Business Analyst, Implementation Specialist or similar role, ideally within the legal or legal tech sector Experience in legal technology and law firmsSalary & Benefits Generous salary exceeding the industry standard Annual Leave: 25 days plus public holidays in the first year; unlimited leave is possible on 1st anniversary of start date Quarterly Bonus: A quarterly bonus based on individual targets being achieved Annual Bonus Scheme: Discretionary bonus of 10% of base salary Latest Technology: Exposure to the latest technologies Employee Development: Xperate is committed to the development, growth & well-being of all of our people #J-18808-Ljbffr
