Community Psychiatric Nurse Temple B'nai Abraham (Cynon CMHT) is looking for a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN). The successful candidate will be part of a strong multidisciplinary team focused on service‑user care and working closely with health professionals and the local authority. You will manage your own case load of patients and demonstrate excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and compassion when working with people with complex mental health needs. Key Responsibilities include: Deliver evidence‑based holistic care to clients within a multi‑disciplinary, multi‑agency community mental health service. Hold a clinical caseload and provide comprehensive assessment, care and treatment to clients referred to the Community Mental Health Team in accordance with Part 2 of the Mental Health (Wales) Measure 2010. Promote a positive working culture, collaborating with service users to ensure their views and ideas are heard and respected. Foster robust, open and positive working relationships with all partners, particularly Local Authority and other mental health services and the third sector, treating all partners with dignity and respect. Proactively contribute to the continuing improvement and development of community mental health services, welcoming new ideas and listening to everyone. Follow broad occupational policies and guidelines. Frequently work as a lone worker. Preferred Qualifications: Welsh language speaking & listening skills at Level 3 (equivalent to CEFR B2) or above. The service is based at Dewi Sant Health Park in Pontypridd, and is part of Taff Ely CMHT within Cwm Taf Morgannwg (CTM) University Health Board, NHS Wales. #J-18808-Ljbffr
