Role We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and inclusive team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across our schools, helping to shape the educational experience of our wonderful pupils. Responsibilities Deliver planned lessons and support children with a range of needs. Support teaching and learning across our schools, helping to shape the educational experience of pupils. Adapt and deliver engaging learning strategies, manage behaviour effectively, and support pupils' emotional and academic development. Prepare resources, maintain pupil records, and contribute to classroom planning. Communicate and collaborate with colleagues, children, and parents. Maintain high standards of professionalism and safeguarding. Qualifications Hold relevant qualifications, including a good general education (GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above) and a HLTA qualification (or working towards). Have experience delivering lessons to whole classes and supporting learning across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
