Commercial Account Handler/Executive£35,000 - £45,000 | Loughborough | Permanent We're partnering with a well-established independent insurance broker in Loughborough who are looking for a knowledgeable and motivated Commercial Account Handler/Executive to manage a portfolio of SME to mid-sized clients across a variety of sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone confident in servicing, renewals, re-broking, and maintaining strong client relationships. You'll also have the chance to contribute to business development from existing clients and referrals - no cold calling required. Responsibilities Manage and develop a portfolio of commercial clients, handling renewals, MTAs, and day-to-day queries Re-market policies and negotiate with insurers to secure the best terms and coverage Advise clients on suitable cover across a range of commercial lines, including property, liability, motor, and packages Ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and delivered to a high standard Build and maintain trusted relationships with both clients and underwriters Qualifications Proven experience as a Commercial Account Handler or Executive within the insurance industry Strong technical knowledge across a variety of commercial insurance products Confident in client communication and insurer negotiation Organised, professional, and driven to deliver excellent client outcomes Cert CII qualified or working towards (desirable but not essential) Benefits Competitive salary: £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience, flexible for the right candidate Office-based role in a collaborative and supportive team environment Work for a respected, client-focused brokerage with a strong local reputation Excellent opportunities for continued professional development and career progression #J-18808-Ljbffr
