We require Inspector Drivers to appraise and deliver a variety of vehicles across the UK. Our experienced planning team will plan and offer you assignments, based on your previous delivery location, availability and licence type; we publish target moves and route plans before you accept, so you know how your day pays. We operate within DVLA trade‑plate rules (roadworthy & valid MOT) and set clear customer‑service expectations. Safety and compliance first and require individuals with a can‑do professional attitude, patience, an eye for detail and a true understanding of what customer service is. Weekly Potential: range £800 - £1100+ Overnight Pay: Up to £60/night for overnight stays when applicable Increased earnings options: Increased fee for weekend work Fuel: Covered via company fuel cards Invoicing: Done for you via our simple self‑billing system Payments: Every single week - no waiting, no chasing Support and Flexibility We provide you with fuel cards A large pool of work sourced for you by our logistics team Flexible working days / times to suit you Support from our experienced office team 24/7 on‑call emergency and breakdown support Weekly pay via self‑billing system (no need for you to create invoices) An optional third‑party accountancy provider Typical Week Every day is different at Vmoves - new vehicles, new routes, and new people to meet. But here’s a glimpse into what a week in the life of a trade plate inspector driver might look like: Monday Starting your week, you will make independent travel arrangements to your first collection. You will Inspect the vehicle. Recording the vehicle condition and images on our inspection app. Once you’ve delivered that vehicle, you’ll head to your next assignment and/or depending what time it is, stay overnight near the next day’s vehicle collection location. This could be at home or a hotel. Tuesday to Friday: Inspect - Collect - Deliver - Earn - Repeat. This would be your rhythm: Collect, inspect and deliver your vehicles across the UK, from major cities to the rural countryside. Record details using our app, simple and fast. Stay overnight or go via home - The movement offered will advise you of the plan, and dependant on where you live and your availability, you may be out overnight up to 3‑4 nights per week. Qualifications and Requirements A full driving licence (Max 6 penalty points & with no DR/CD/DD/TT99 endorsement codes) A valid driver CPC and Digi‑tacho card Right to work in the UK and ability to pass a DBS check Overnight flexibility The ability to conduct yourself in a professional manner and a commitment to providing excellent customer service Comfortable using public transport between jobs and walking 1-3 miles as needed Vehicle inspection experience would be an advantage; this is not a necessity, as we offer full training New to Self‑Employment?
