Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in Poulton-le-Fylde to recruit an enthusiastic and committed Year 3 Teacher to cover a maternity leave starting in January 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive school community and make a real impact on pupils’ learning and development.

Role Details:

Full-time position teaching a Year 3 class.
Planning, delivering and assessing engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
Working collaboratively with colleagues and maintaining strong communication with parents.
What we’re looking for:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent experience in Key Stage 2.
A passion for creating a positive and stimulating learning environment.
Strong classroom management and organisational skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
