With a strong reputation for reliability, sustainability, and technical excellence, the company continues to invest in new capabilities, modern equipment, and the development of its people.You will be responsible for:Taking control of business operations and establishing consistency to shift the organisation to a growth-focused businessIncreasing net profit by identifying and reducing operational leakage, improving processes, and strengthening cost efficiency across all departmentsEnhancing operational effectiveness throughout the businessConducting full operational audits, securing leadership sign-off, and demonstrating the ability to deliver measurable improvements in profitability and performanceManaging and developing a team of seven to ensure strong performance and collaborationKey attributes required:Strong manufacturing leadership experience, ideally within print, packaging, large-format display, 3D or related production environments>Proven capability in operational excellence, with knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous-improvement methodologiesAbility to optimise processes, improve efficiency, and drive operational performance across multiple departmentsProblem solving mindset with the ability to make data driven decisions and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and outputIf you’re driven, solutions focused, and ready to lead a team to new levels of success, we want to hear from you #J-18808-Ljbffr
