Deputy Head of English - About the Role The successful candidate will support the Head of English in the strategic leadership of the department, ensuring high‑quality teaching, strong outcomes and an engaging, inclusive curriculum. You will contribute to the development of departmental initiatives, lead key areas of teaching and learning, and play a vital role in maintaining a culture of high aspiration.
