As a Nursery Assistant, you will play a crucial role in shaping the early years development of children aged 0-5. You will work alongside a talented team of practitioners to deliver high-quality care and education that aligns with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Responsibilities Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that promote learning through play Observing and assessing children's development, maintaining accurate records, and sharing insights with parents and colleagues Creating a safe, clean, and inviting environment that encourages exploration and discovery Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members based on trust, respect, and open communication Supporting children's individual needs, including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) Adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures to ensure the well-being of all children in your care Qualifications Level 3 Qualification in Early Years or Children and Young Peoples Workforce is Essential Nursery Experience, Childcare experience, Must be willing to travel, Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent Proven experience working in a nursery setting Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and its practical application Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Creativity, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for working with children Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Commitment to continuous professional development Are you passionate about nurturing young minds and making a positive impact on their lives?
