Special Educational Needs Assistant - Oldham Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming SEN school in Oldham. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young learners. Location: OldhamMinimum Rate of Pay: £95 per day (Depending on experience)Hours: Full-timeStart Date: ASAPContract Type: Temp to Perm Key Responsibilities Provide tailored support to students with a range of special educational needs. Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons. Support pupils with their emotional, social, and educational development. Help maintain a safe and positive learning environment. Requirements Experience working with SEN children is desirable. A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach to supporting learning. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Support and manage challenging behaviour using appropriate strategies. To be eligible you must: Hold Right to Work in the UK. Hold (or be willing to apply for) an Enhanced Child Barred List DBS registered with the Update Service. Provide two professional child-related references.
